Privacy notice

Your inquiry information stays connected to your request.

This notice explains what the inquiry form collects, why it is needed, who receives it, and how to ask for deletion.

Effective August 13, 2026

What the form collects

The inquiry form collects the name you provide and at least one way to contact you: an email address or phone number. You may also provide a property city, whether you are buying or selling, your expected timeline, and a message describing the situation. The site records the page where you submitted the form, your selected language, and limited technical information from your browser, including its user-agent description. A hidden anti-spam field and the time taken to complete the form help reject automated submissions.

Please do not include bank details, account passwords, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive records in the message box. The form is intended for an initial real estate inquiry, not for sending transaction documents.

Why the information is used

The information is used to understand and respond to your real estate question, identify the general property and timing involved, and protect the form from abuse. It may also help continue a conversation you requested. Submission does not create a brokerage relationship, representation agreement, or promise of a particular response time.

Who receives it

Your inquiry is available to Alexandra DuPont and to the vendor that operates and maintains this website. Technical providers may process or store information only as part of operating the form and site. Your inquiry information is not sold. It is not used to build advertising audiences or target advertising to you. It may be disclosed if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users from misuse.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining an appropriate business record, resolving a dispute, or meeting a legal obligation. To ask what inquiry information is associated with you, correct it, or request deletion, email Alexandradupont7@gmail.com. Include enough information to locate the inquiry, such as the email address or phone number you submitted. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed so another person cannot obtain or delete your information.

Your choices

You do not have to use the form. You may call, text, or email instead. The consent checkbox is required because the form cannot be answered without using the contact details you submit. If you do not agree, do not submit the form and use a contact method you prefer. Changes to this notice will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
